ITINERARY

ITINERARY: 

DAY 01 – APRIL 14 MANILA – VENICE

Depart Manila, aboard Emirates Airline, enjoy inflight amenities, meals and entertainment.

DAY 02 – APRIL 15 ARRIVE – VENICE (D) 

Upon arrival, you will transfer to Tronchetto Pier for a half-day sightseeing tour of Venice Island, take a Vaporetto ride to San Marco. city sightseeing on foot of Venice Island visiting Basilica de San Marco, the Saint Mark’s Square, Bridge of Sighs, followed by Murano glass blowing demonstration. In the afternoon, you have free time in the island, then transfer to the hotel for check in.

DAY 03 – APRIL 16 VENICE – LJUBLJANA (BD)

After breakfast, proceed to Ljubljana Slovenia. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you to explore the city on foot, so start your trip with a walking tour of the city. Admire the Art Nouveau architecture in the central Preseren Square, before crossing Jože Plečnik’s famous Triple Bridge into the Old Town. Stroll the riverside markets, take a peek at the city’s oldest building in Ribji trg Square, highlights like the Dragon Bridge and the Cathedral of St Nicholas, and the rest of the day is free to explore the city before you transfer to the hotel for check in.

DAY 04 – APRIL 17 JUBLJANA – BLED – POSTOJNA CAVE – LJUBLJANA (BD) 

Today’s activity is an excursion to Lake Bled. This alpine lake is set in the beautiful scenery of the Alps. With its emerald-green lake, picture postcard island church, cliff topping medieval castle and its mountain backdrop, then city of Bled is one of the famous Slovenian resorts. Visit the small island in the middle of the lake is home to the Assumption of Mary Pilgrimage Church. Visitors frequently rings its bell for good luck. Then travel to the Karst Region. Visit Postojna Cave, one of the largest in Europe. Tour this unique subterranean world by miniature electric train. A fantastic web of tunnels, passages, galleries and halls, astonishing diversity of karst features, as well as easy access are certainly the main reasons for such popularity of the cave and a large number of visitors. Then back to Ljubljana.

DAY 05 – APRIL 18 LJUBLJANA – PLITVITCE (BD)

After breakfast Visit the Old Town to view the Opera House, Cathedral, National Museum and visit the Castle, which offers a breathtaking panorama of the city together with the bird’s eye view of the old town. The tour continues with Zmajski Most (Dragon Bridge) Triple Bridge (Tromostovje), Square of the Republic and Roman Ruins. After lunch drive to Plitvice for overnight.

DAY 06 – APRIL 19 PLITVITCE – SPLIT (BD)

After breakfast visit Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder with its 16 terraced lakes surrounded by forested mountains and lush vegetation. The park harbours a collection of waterfalls, gallery of lakes, forest and diversity of animal life. Then transfer to Split.

DAY 07 – APRIL 20 SPLIT – MEDJUGORJE – MOSTAR (BD)

After breakfast, enjoy your guided walking tour of Split – that show off the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Split’s Roman Heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the St. Dominus Cathedral, Gold and Silver Gate, see St.  Duje Cathedral and later, proceed to Medjugorje. Our Lady of Medjugorje (also called Queen of Peace) is the title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary by those who believe that she appeared in 1981 to six Herzegovinian children in MedjugorjeBosnia and Herzegovina. Claimed they had seen visions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Medjugorje has become an unapproved destination of Catholic pilgrimage. Visit St. James Church for meditation and private devotion. Then transfer to Mostar for overnight. Then dinner.

DAY 08 – APRIL 21 MOSTAR – DUBROVNIK (BD)

After breakfast guided sightseeing tour of Mostar – Mostar is a city in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, straddling the Neretva River. It’s known for the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), a reconstructed medieval arched bridge. The nearby alleys are full of shops and market stalls, and the Old Bridge Museum explores the bridge’s long history. A narrow staircase leads up to the Koski Mehmed-Pasha Mosque’s minaret for panoramic city views. Then drive to Dubrovnik, check in and dinner.

DAY 09 – APRIL 22 DUBROVNIK (BD)

This morning, a walking tour shows you Old Dubrovnik. See Onofrio’s Fountain and the Rector’s Palace, as well as the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, Sponza Palace, Dominican Monasteryand Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world & a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit Dubrovnik Synagogue and more. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the city your way, browse through the shops, stroll along the ancient city walls or simply relax. Dinner.

DAY 10 – APRIL 23 DUBROVNIK – KOTOR – BUDVA (BD)

After breakfast, proceed to Perast where you will be travelling to Kotor and visit the Cathedral of St. Tryphon Cathedral, Square of Armas, Pilar of shame and Napoleon Theater, then later headings south towards Budva. Upon arrival, you will have sightseeing tour of Budva, visiting St. Trinity church of Monastery of St. Peter and Parliament. Dinner and check in.

DAY 11 – APRIL 24 BUDVA – SHKODER – TIRANA (BD)

Upon breakfast, you will be headings to Tirana en route, stop at Shkoder for lunch, Shkoder is one of the municipality in northwestern Albania. It is one of the oldest and most historic places in the Balkan Peninsula. After lunch, proceed to Tirana. Upon arrival, you will meet your guide for short sightseeing tour of the capital city. Take a walk, enjoy the look of the colorful buildings, fancy coffees and green parks, visit also Et’hem Bey Mosque (entrance included) and view the Skanderbeg Square, the Clock Tower and the Tabak Bridge. The dinner and check in.

DAY 12 – APRIL 25 TIRANA – OHRID – SKOPJE (BD)  

After breakfast, transfer to Ohrid, then walking tour with your guide, start from Town harbor, , Lower Gate, Museum of Rubevi Family, Church of Sofia with entrance, the church of  Sveta Bogorodica Perivleptos or St. Clement Church. The later transfer to Skopje for overnight.
DAY 13 – APRIL 26 SKOPJE – BELGRADE (BD)

After breakfast, have a sightseeing tour of the city, visiting the Old Train Station, Monuments of Mother Teresa, the stone bridge and the Fortress Kale (entrance included) the most visited tourist attraction in the city. Then transfer to Belgrade for overnight.
DAY 14 – APRIL 27 BELGRADE – ZAGREB (BD)

After breakfast, you have 3 hours sightseeing tour of Belgrade with local guide, visiting The house of the Servian Parliament, City Hall, The Saint Sava Temple, Tito’s Memorial – House of Flowers and the National Theater and then continue to ZAGREB. Dinner
DAY 15 – APRIL 28 ZAGREB (BD)

After breakfast morning guided tour to include walking tour around Zagreb an expert unfurls the rich culture and history of the two tiered capital of Croatia. Walk through the medieval core of the Upper Town to see the Stone Gate, visit Kula Lotrscak Tower, and see St. Stephen Cathedral, Parliament, and the Government Palace, the University, open air Dolac Market. Then free time.

DAY 16 – APRIL 29 DEPART ZAGREB – MANILA (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Manila.

DAY 17 – APRIL 30 ARRIVE – MANILA

Arrive Manila from a memorable and enjoyable trip.
